Alice Doyard is an Oscar winning French producer and director, who creates powerful narratives from true stories. She received the Academy Award in 2021 for her documentary 'Colette', a nomination for an Emmy in 2024, and the best documentary award from the Foreign Press Association in 2022. The French government made her a Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. Her specialism is conveying the effects of conflict on human beings in a deeply humane and sensitive way.

Fergal Keane is one of the most trusted foreign correspondents of his generation. He is the winner of Emmy, BAFTA, and RTS awards as well as the George Orwell Prize and the James Cameron Award. He has reported on major world events for the BBC for nearly 40 years. He is a Fellow of the British Academy and was awarded an OBE for services to television journalism for his reporting of the Rwandan genocide. Fergal has written best selling works of history and memoir.

Jess Butler is a highly experienced production manager in both the public service and independent sectors. She most recently ran production at BBC Eye Long Form Investigations. Prior to that she worked on series for Netflix, and was part of the small team which set up Economist Films. Jess has also worked for Shine and Vice.

Executive Producer Sam Collyns is a widely respected, multi-award winning filmmaker with a reputation for emotionally compelling investigations. A veteran of BBC Panorama and Mentorn Media his documentaries range from Current Affairs to History, Science and Arts. Sam has won BAFTA, Emmy, Grierson, RTS and Dupont awards.
